Lead engineer and tool manager of a suite of etching and deposition equipment including Oxford ICP-RIE etchers, PECVD, and ALD; a Plasma-Therm RIE; and a Tystar tube furnace. I support the Caltech and surrounding nanofabrication community by maintaining and repairing the tools and supporting infrastructure, training users in operation and safety, and providing process support.While I have extensive experience in photovoltaics fabrication, optoelectronics, and nanofabrication, I enjoy diving into projects in a wide variety of fields that allow me to collect new skills and knowledge in the pursuit of solving challenging technical problems.
