Head Of Diversity, Equity, And Social Responsibility
Current• Work closely with the SVP-CDES other DES Team members, Affinity Group leaders, as well as other key stakeholders• Conduct DEI and other research on best practices/benchmarking• Assist in implementation of multi-year diversity and inclusion strategy plans and related events• Help define diversity and equity project deliverables and assist in executing initiatives from inception to delivery to finalization• Review internal and external benchmarks to help drive D&I focus areas• Assist and compile data where needed for compliance reporting and audits• Help prepare presentations to leaderships to achieve objectives and drive ownership for diversity deeper into the company• Assist in the management of the Employee Resource Groups and associated events• Partner with Director of Disability and Accessibility Inclusion and Director of Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility• Partner with DES Specialist to ensure Employee Resources Groups alignment with overall business objects and diversity & inclusion strategy• Contribute to the planning and execution of trainings, lunch & learns, programs and events• Collaborate on the collection, analysis, and reporting on statistical diversity data, including mining and management of a broad array of quantitative and qualitative data assets• Contribute to policies and procedures review to ensure equity and support of the DEI mission.• Research, develop and recommend creative strategies to meet DEI goals• Oversee DES Contract Management• Financial systems administration (e.g., Concur) reconciles, tracks, and submits financial expenses• Effectively manage employee performance through communication of expectations and standards• Prepare performance appraisals.• Provide effective feedback and coaching to employees, including potential areas of improvement• Create goals for the team and individual employees• Delegate and distribute tasks and responsibilities appropriately
