She really enjoys what she does, and is very good at it!Indicative of the experience and skills Kelly brings to the table, a few of her accomplishments include:• Opened new location in Buffalo, New York leased office space, ordered furniture, set up phone/internet services, hired and trained staff, and had the office operating within one week.• Researched specific state regulations and developed policies and procedures to allow the expansion of business into 7 new states ( NY, NC, SC, RI, NH, MA & ME) • Implemented office-wide procedure for any new states, to ensure that each state’s specific guidelines and regulations were followed. Collaborated closely with IT to develop the necessary enhancements and adjustments to accommodate each state’s guidelines. Putting everything together Kelly is known as a straight shooter, who thrives while working extremely well under pressure, thinking quickly and making judgment calls on critical transactions that arise on a daily basis.
