The Capital Markets department at Badgerland has the opportunity to work with some of the country’s largest agriculture related companies. As a part of the nationwide Farm Credit System we finance companies in the following industries: Timber, Biofuels, Hogs, Regulated Electric Utilities, Poultry, Supply Co-Operatives, and Telecommunications. As a Capital Markets Analyst I am responsible for the review, underwriting, analysis, and servicing of these large agriculture companies.

As the AVP - Operations Manager I oversaw a team of Collateral Analysts making sure they are abiding by company standards with high attention to detail of clients’ accounts receivable and inventory reporting. I was also involved in the financial operations of the company making sure portfolio fee income, interest income and principal payments were posted correctly to client loans which involved working closely with the finance department. Other responsibilities include managing new client relationships to make sure that all collateral reporting is meeting company requirements and managing workout deals in a liquidation scenario.
