At Foundations Recovery Network, we believe in providing evidence-based, integrated treatment and patient-centered care. We treat the whole person, mind, body and spirit. Because we treat both substance use and underlying mental health conditions, we are able to address the root causes of addiction and prepare individuals for a sustainable life in recovery. We specialize in a Dual Diagnosis treatment approach, and we have been cited as the “gold standard” in the behavioral health industry by Dr. Mark McGovern, a member of Dartmouth Psychiatric Research Center, who performed a DDCAT assessment of our program and classified it in the top 5% of treatment programs. In my role as an outpatient business development representative, I asses the needs of our referral sources to develop and maintain a long-term referral relationship in order to generate a continuous flow of admissions to meet our outpatient and residential census objectives. Responsibilities and Achievements:- Increased monthly admissions by 250% within the first 6 months - Establishes, maintains and continually expands referral database, creating new partnerships and contracts with local and national service providers through direct calls, face to face meetings, events and conferences - Responsible for 40% of the Outpatient programs total admissions, which has been exceeded from month to month - Arranges events, professional dinners, speaking engagements and facility tours - Leads a national team call of five outpatient representatives and marketing staff bi-monthly - Manages over 374 local accounts in which 66 are strategic - Monitors satisfaction of patients, referral sources and other customers. Investigates and resolves referral source problems or concerns - Develops and maintains service relationships with key clients including managed care organizations, professional referral sources, professional medical staff, and other target segments and special referral sources

Responsibilities and Achievements:- Developed and implemented sales strategies, marketing plans and forecasts for territory with Xerox hardware, software and services- Aided new and current customers with document, hardware and software solutions - Managed territory in South San Francisco with over 2,800 organizations ranging from individuals, small businesses and fortune 500 companies - Generated new business by bringing on 11 new strategic accounts and managed 226 existing accounts

Responsibilities and Achievements:- Developed print & electronic materials to support business line priorities. This included developing creative briefs and managing writing and designing all pieces- Coordinated presence, materials and support at events on and off site- Updated and maintained a database of patient stories that would be utilized in future marketing and referral development materials- Established a proactive plan to increase awareness and exposure in the community

As the Area Marketing Coordinator for the Tampa Bay/ St. Petersburg/ Sarasota area, I worked closely with the Area Supervisors and Marketing Manager to build programs designed to meet operational and catering sales goals as well as increase overall brand awareness. Responsibilities and Achievements:- Contributed to $2.6 M growth of same store sales from 2011 to 2012- Increased 2012 catering sales by 34%, surpassing company-wide average of 20%- Managed $10,000 annual marketing budget amongst twenty locations - Presented monthly marketing report to West Florida management team- Created print and online ads for in-house and outside distribution - Developed a new customer base through catering sales and cold calling businesses - Monitored results of various in-store restaurant campaigns - Coordinated logistics of local area events and promotions - Organized and maintained records of event information, logistics and reviews- Coordinated community sponsorships and charitable donations
