Sr. Consumer Loan Funder
Current- Responsible for processing, closing and funding of auto loans, unsecured loans and lines of credit and solar loan an efficient, and timely flow of information and documentation, in support of the Credit Union's requirements for offering quality and efficient Consumer Lending products and services.- Serve as a source to Financial Center staff in the proficient handling of routine processing issues and questions relating to consumer loans.- Prepare consumer loan documents and forwards them to the appropriate Financial Center or signing destination for member’s signature.- Fund consumer loan and deposits or transmits funds in accordance with disbursement instructions.- Coordinate the collection of fees and audits DMV documentation received from sales on all loans secured by a certificate of title.- Review home equity loan files for correct documentation and verification.- Process sales of the following insurance products for consumer loans. (GAP and MBI)- Process collateral exception reports as needed and service requests.- Support other team members with consumer loan processing and funding consumer duties.- Work with Tech CU's Accounting Department to reconcile General Ledger.- Intake new files and transfer to the pipeline.- Maintain detailed documentation of the process from origination to close.- Experience with real estate process, finance, processing and consumer credit.
