I have worked for many years in the areas of field service, site support, network operations, help desk, and technical sales support. I have more than a dozen years of experience in PC, laptop, printer, server, and peripheral equipment in hardware repair to component. I have worked warranty support for multiple vendors while at HP (Hewlett Packard). I also have many years of experience in software support including distribution software, data recovery and migration. I have a strong background in networking, both RF and digital networking.I am certified in many areas of technology including, but not limited to: CompTIA A+ CE, CompTIA Server+, Network+ CE Security + CE and Microsoft MCP. I have extensive training in hardware, software and also customer service training and help desk training. I have DoD 8570 IAT Level I and IAT Level II Certifications.I enjoy working with people and helping people become more productive from the benefits of technology. I know how to convert “tech-talk” to common language for users. I am a friendly, outgoing person and consider a positive attitude vital for quality customer service. People should never be tech-shamed, but tech-assisted. A good attitude with a client actually makes the process of problem resolution faster.
