As an IS&T Business Partner on global mining projects, I developed the framework for the design and estimation of IT and OT convergence in capex construction projects over $500M+. I now help NFPs and Charities review and implement the right IT systems, processes and infrastructure to grow with them.My key strengths are to influence and prepare decisionmakers to say βyesβ and to drive the outcome. I am proud of the leadership role I played in getting IT to the Boardroom table during the design and development of complex global IS&T projects for the construction and operations of surface and underground mines spanning 3 continents.
