In my time at Image360, I worked with clients to ensure their projects were done to their satisfaction from start to finish. I was the first person they interacted with and the last. In the beginning of my employment I started out solely working on client relations. When the pandemic hit and I became the only employee for a while, I took on and learned the graphic design role for a while. Once a graphic designer was hired, I transitioned into project management, handling larger projects as well as scheduling with vendors and making sure projects were done on time. I also worked with the city and county on sign permits.

We are apart of a few groups such as, the Vancouver Chamber of Commerce, SWCA (Southwest Washington Contractors Association), and the EVBA (East Vancouver Business Association). I attend events with these groups to support other local business owners. I'm working with our new marketing material to talk with new and current customers. I handle quotes for potential jobs, as well as continued communication through out the process of the job to make sure it is done to satisfaction. I deliver final projects to our clients. I continue relationships with clients after their project is done to make sure they are happy with their product and assist them in questions or new jobs. I come up with new ways to reach new clients, such as mailers or door-hangers.

I create weekly schedules to payroll and labor needs, I do inventory control, I handle food and beverage orders, I interview potential employees, handling customer complaints if/when needed, I ensure that crew needs are met, along with making sandwiches, operation the POS system, handling cash and bank runs, and providing my customers with excellent customer service. I have met my labor and food cost goals nearly on a weekly basis, ensuring the store profits as much money as possible. I have successfully maintained the lowest turnover rate in the last year and a half out of all four of our locations.

As the assistant manager I assisted the store manager in any way that I could. I learned inventory control, I assisted with bank deposits, and crew management. I completed Subway's online training courses and received a 'University of Subway Diploma'. The courses were in day-to-day operations as well as manager courses than entailed different tasks in the manager would take on. In August 2014, my general manager announced she was leaving and the manager at another store was taking over her roll as GM. I was told I was being considered to take over that store.

As a crew member I worked with customers in building their ideal sandwich, I prepped food, handled cash, operated the POS system, and cleaned the store as needed. I was promoted to Person In Charge in October of 2012 in which I ensure those I was working with finished their tasks in a timely manner. I received employee of the quarter in March of 2013, shortly after I received the news that I would be promoted to assistant manager in June.
