I am a key contact for providing ad-hoc reports and data analysis to the Property team and other internal departments. I also lead the Lease Decisions/Portfolio Review process, from providing initial data through to recording, tracking and communicating all resultant decisions and maintaining an audit trail.Finally, I additionally manage the Estates Administration team in all duties including overseeing the property rent, service charge & business rates payments process, Sub-Tenancy income generation, Office Admin support and maintaining the Property database with up to date and accurate data on every unit in the TUI Estate.I have also recently been accredited with a Foundation Greenbelt in the TUI Way, and am now the Continuous Improvement Multiplier for my business area.
