I grew up in St. Louis, Missouri playing softball, later playing Division 1 Softball while earning my Bachelor’s in Organizational Studies from Northwestern University. After moving to California, Kelly I gained extensive experience in sales and marketing management for high-tech companiesRealizing that stress had affected me both personally and professionally, I spent time learning breathwork, mindfulness, and stress management tools. Trying to balance my personal and professional worlds while raising three children has been quite challenging. I have found that learning new techniques to improve self-regulation has helped me become more successful and healthier in both my home and work life.Through my experience working with corporations and coaching softball and athletics, I started to realize that the techniques I learned to improve my own handling of stress could be taught to others.
