As a Lerner Ambassador, I was selected to represent UD's business school by participating in student-led panels during prospective student decision days. During these decision days, I provided insights to students and their families about the programs and opportunities offered by the university.

As the Marketing Specialist, I implemented X-Biomedical's go-to-market strategy with an interdisciplinary team of UD students. Part of my responsibilities included conducting extensive market research to best reach the company's target markets online and across social media channels. Also, I created and distributed over 300 mailers to local and regional prospective customers to increase product interest.

During my internship at CSC, I had a variety of roles as a strategy and brand marketing intern. I directed a 20-person intern photo shoot to create recruiting materials that market CSC’s culture and offerings. Additionally, I partnered closely with the copy and design teams to submit over 20 creative projects through Wrike, a project management platform. Throughout the 10 weeks, I developed and presented 3 new project ideas to advance the initiatives for our HR and Facilities teams.

I assisted customers when looking for specific products in the store and answered any questions they had to ensure the highest quality of customer service. I would handle the cash register each shift and promptly complete the transactions for shoppers. Throughout each day, I organized the shelves and displays in the store by re-stocking inventory. Two other co-workers and I would complete clean-up tasks before closing to maintain cleanliness in our store location.

I helped to prepare and organize the dining room at Carmel Terrace for meals for the seventy residents. I took meal orders and ensured that each resident was satisfied with their dining experience. After each meal, I cleaned up and re-set the dining room to prepare for future meals. Creating customer satisfaction was my main priority, as the dining experience plays a crucial part in shaping these residents' contentedness at the facility. I had to clearly communicate with all workers and kitchen staff to make sure all orders came out correct and efficiently.

At the Village of Loch Arbour Beach, I sold daily beach passes to the public and checked for badges at the gate. I was responsible for picking up any trash on the beach, and I cleaned the beach club bathrooms as well. In order to make sure all people were content, I communicated effectively with other employees about how to help create a positive experience for all.
