I worked on the South Lake Union neighborhood project for Vulcan Real Estate as an Associate on the Marketing and Commercial Leasing team. The neighborhood was transformed from 60+ acres of warehouses and parking lots north of downtown Seattle into the epicenter of tech in this region.
