My role as the Digital Marketing Executive is to design, execute and manage multi-platform digital marketing programmes across all Onlinetradesmen platforms to drive business growth across all audience types.

Inside Left provides web and digital marketing services, supporting content creation, distribution and e-marketing including database management, build and delivery.

I was contracted to build a lead generation program dedicated to the insurance industry. Researched and defined marketing proposition, key messages, campaign strategy, database targets and tactics to drive further business within this sector.Also responsible for public relations strategy and tactics profiling ecommerce retail customers.

I launched target account marketing programs in alignment with the direct sales team across verticals and horizontal segments resulting in incremental sales pipeline. I was also responsible for up-sell and cross-sell programs targeted at the existing customer base via database segmentation and then applying an integrated campaign approach including direct mail, events and PR.Within the channel business, I worked closely with the teams to help generate over 20% YOY growth in indirect and distribution channel business via channel programs supporting customer acquisition and retention. My marketing team, during my period of tenure, contributed approximately 10% YOY growth across all business units including license, consulting and maintenance.

As Marketing Manager of Crystal Decisions I was dedicated to building lead generation programs for the direct sales teams as well as brand awareness and channel push/pull programs.

Lucent Technologies provides mobility, optical, data and voice networking as well as software and services. I was responsible for marketing communications including re-structuring and maintaining the Australian website as well as building the sales and marketing database for direct mail and event purposes.
