• Leading GEHC's Global Services efforts to quantify, identify, and prioritize inefficiencies/risks/gaps through data driven scoping. Working across the organization to partner with service leaders in regions and modalities, coaching others to find root cause, probable solutions, and opportunities for improvement. Executing a solution that is scalable across global regions or tailored to specific regional needs. Ensuring the solution is not negatively disruptive or burdensome but rather improves other processes and downstream systems. • Scheduling and participating in regular op mech meetings to ensure continuous improvement in monitoring priorities, expectations, and objectives. Delivering solutions for both short and long term because oftentimes we need a quick fix versus a long-term solution which involves more people and managing change. • Leveraging the right technology for shared use working with and displaying information and acting. For example: a high performing dashboard is great for multiple end users. Whereas, emails provide a more targeted audience, enable responsible person to prioritize and act with the right information at the right time. • Collaborating with business experts and data artisans to find, curate, and clean the most meaningful data so business users can spend more time using their data and no time compiling their data. Collaborating horizontally and vertically to identify leaner ways to leverage data for multiple uses and sustainability throughout the organization.
