Here, I lead and mentor a dynamic team of early career recruiters, oversee requisition management, and deliver key data and metrics to our internal teams, customers, and hiring champions. My mission is to ensure that top talent finds their home at Lockheed Martin.At RMS, we power over 1,000 programs ranging from helicopters, integrated air and missile defense, littoral warfare, to cyber solutions and training systems. We proudly support all branches of the US military and the Missile Defense Agency.When I'm OOO, I'm likely spending time with friends or family with a beach not too far away.
