I'm an experienced project manager with a demonstrated history of working in a fast paced production/research environment. My work experience has equipped me with a robust set of skills that will translate across many project management positions. Project Management PMP certification has further rounded out my toolbox. In my current position, I establish and maintain project management systems. I implement appropriate project management methods to meet the needs of the specific team and task, and I am responsible for developing activities and schedules. This includes management and communication of project deadlines and milestones. In response to COVID related challenges, I built an online database to facilitate collaboration and schedule monitoring. My work often includes overseeing a team, managing the inter-department communications, and setting clear expectations: when I do my job well, everyone else is able to focus on executing their roles effectively.
