I have lived and learned peak performance, first as an NCAA D1 All-American, Olympic Trials Swimmer, champion masters athlete and D1 coach, then as a top sales producer and Senior Communications Manager for Pfizer Pharmaceuticals. As the current producer and host of the award-winning Champion’s Mojo podcast, I get access to the secrets and mindsets of champions through interviews with Olympians, Olympic coaches, journalists, authors, mental health professionals, sports psychologists, physicians, and other inspiring leaders. My certified health coaching and mental performance coaching experience includes olympic athletes, olympic coaches, medical professionals, attorneys, coaches, authors and sales professionals and entrepreneurs.As an active Masters Swimmer I believe in order to have true happiness we must keep our body moving, our mind challenged and treat them both with respect.
