DST RS product and service offerings, and assisting with expanding the relationship. Responsible for managing the implementation of new products and services, through partnerships with other business units across the DST/BFDS enterprise. Functions Performed:• Manage client relationship and day-to-day client communications• Review and present institutional client reports and invoices• Serve as primary Project Manager for new services as needed• Represent client in enhancement review for new products and services• Coordinate enhancements with Project Office• Communicate new products to client• Lead client meetings and conference calls and organize attendees and agenda• Communicate and obtain client approval for year-end tax reporting packages• Travel frequently as needed for client meetings

Primary contact and resource for multiple retirement plans Provides consultative service and support to team and external clientsExercises leadership by actively escalating issues, making recommendations for improvement to workflow and processesCompleted the ASPPA Retirement Plan Fundamentals 1 and 2 courses and relationship management workshops centered on consultative serviceHas a working knowledge of the IRS rules and regulations with regards to qualified plans, plan design, compliance testing, and IRS Form 5500 reporting
