Hello! I am Kelly Duarte, a professional passionate about the world of the free energy market with extensive experience in BackOffice and consumer management. My career has been marked by challenges that have allowed me to acquire a set of skills and knowledge. As a BackOffice professional, I have a solid background in organizational activities and CCEE rules and procedures. I work with various customer profiles, both small and large consumers, and power plants. As a coordinator I am responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team. I have a results-oriented mindset and thrive on stimulating challenges. My passion for learning and professional growth has led me to constantly seek new knowledge and stay updated, which is why I am currently studying Electrical Engineering. Additionally, I already have other qualifications such as a technical degree in construction (2014-IFSC) and a degree in Energy Systems Technology (2016-IFSC).
