Kelly Pfeiffer is a “Training from the Back of the Room” Trainer, a Certified Positive Discipline Lead Trainer and is a group coach using the Authenticity Coaching Circles model. For over twenty-two years, Kelly has implemented brain-based strategies and experiential learning methods to design and deliver training events to adult learners. As a consultant, Kelly currently works with trainers and facilitators around the globe and has offered face to face, “train the trainer” events in North America, Europe and Asia. Creativity is one of Kelly’s strengths and she has designed learning activities that are used in certification programs worldwide. Her latest project in 2022 was to plan an international professional development event online and coordinate presenters and interpretation in five languages. Kelly owns her own consulting business, Go Interactive Training and enjoys playing pickleball in the slow paced, yet lively city of Greenville, SC.A Note from Kelly:I train instructors, facilitators and trainers to design and deliver learning events using accelerated learning strategies, experiential methods and multiple modalities. It's all based on neuroscience - principles of human connection, learner centered design, building a sense of community, active learning techniques, interactive review tools , applying knowledge and practicing in the adult classroom.I've been training adults using human-centered design strategies and a proven model for more than fifteen years and now I teach others to do the same. I have created and designed training events and multi-day conferences for a variety of agencies including The Positive Discipline Association, Developmental Pediatrics/Gardner Center for Developing Minds, The South Carolina Technical College System, The SC Center for Child Care Career Development, Greenville County School's Sullivan Center for Lifelong Learning, and LoveFounder, Guangzhou, China.My work experience includes a role as Training Coordinator for a statewide agency. In that position, I reviewed more than one thousand training outlines each year and coached trainers to improve the quality and delivery of the outlines to meet the needs of adult learners.
