Providing remote helpdesk assistance by both telephone and email to internal stakeholders in the business across 1600 sites for all things property and repairs including kitchen equipment, restaurants, bar, hotels, etc• Using Pulse for administration of these sites and logging calls with contractors, etc• To ensure all emergency callouts are attended in good time and are effective and efficient• During my time with Greene King, I have worked various shifts including days, evening, weekends and nights, which has included working alone dealing with emergency situations, using my initiative to ensure that sites have the best solutions to matters as they arise• I have also during this time produced a OneNote playbook/manual for the team.
