In 2016, Withings has been acquired by Nokia Technologies. - Building-up Withings’ Channel Marketing team- In charge of all strategic & global topics for Europe, ROW, Japan & China- Definition of Channel Marketing strategy and budget - 2016-2017: in charge of WW brand transition from Withings to Nokia: product & POS switch, define and create new display catalog and new online product pages, adapt all assets to Nokia’s guidelines, demo products production, new training tools,..- Responsible for the WW brand transition budget - Follow-up all operational projects leaded by the Channel Marketing Specialists with EMEA & APAC retailers such as: Amazon, John Lewis, Dixons, Saturn, MediaMarkt, FNAC, Darty, JD, Yodobashi,.. - Example of key projects: display, training, trade shows, online & offline campaign, exlusive products launch with retailers, Xmas, NYNY, Back to School campaigns,..

- In charge of all Channel Marketing actions for German&Eastern EU and then Southern EU and Japan (retail and online: Amazon, MediaMarkt, Saturn, Gravis, Fnac, Darty, Boulanger, Yodobashi, Bic Camera,..) - Work closely with the Sales Team to define, negotiate and execute a marketing plan suitable for each reseller- Manage the promotion, set up and follow-up of our distributors’ merchandising- Creation of new marketing tools to increase the visibility and the sales of our products (instore & online)- Responsible for the production of online and offline channel marketing tools: visuals, POP materials, content, training materials...- In charge of the Channel Marketing budget monitoring allocated to each reseller- Analyze the ROI for each reseller- Adapt global Channel Marketing assets and content to local markets- Manage the organization of channel marketing events and trade shows in the region

• Responsible for the development and partnerships of Toulon, Avignon and Salon de Provence• Handle partners requirements • Problems solving• In charge of making sure the partnerships go smoothly• Handle the online publishing of the deals• Work closely with all services (Deputy, Planning, Publishing, Finance and Client Management)• Creation of partners satisfaction surveys• Analyze the surveys’ results• Statistics about the team results

•Develop the following brands : Prima, Prima Maison, Gala Gourmand, Cuisine Actuelle, HS Cuisine Actuelle•Setting up and follow up of new promotional operations•Analyze the profit of promotional operations•Setting up of Marketing campaigns•Markets analysis : carrying out of Benchmarks and competitors studies•Work as a product manager to create promotional object (cookbooks)•Work closely with all services (editors, model makers, fabrication team, finance)
