As the Branch Operations Manager, I was responsible for recruiting talent to work for Pro Staff and place them at local companies in the North Kansas City area. I managed one recruiter as well as an administrative assistant and worked closely with our sales person to match talent with job orders brought in.

Front Desk Manager responsible for the Front Desk, Bellstand, concierge, At Your Service, and Valet parketing departments. I also worked closely with the Event Management and Sales departments to ensure conferences and meetings ran smoothly and guests were happy.
