Kelly R. He is co-inventor of a patented asphalt reactor blending system designed to produce rubber modified asphalt and is inventor of a patented process for pelletizing rubberized bitumen (PelletPAVE). Mr. Sockwell has various patent pending designs related to the asphalt industry including a plant designed to produce hot mix asphalt from 100% recycled (RAP) asphalt .Mr. Sockwell has been a speaker at numerous national and international technical symposiums and has conducted asphalt rubber / crumb rubber training seminars in over 45 countries around the world.Specialties: Engineering
