I am an energetic, enthusiastic and passionate HR professional with more than 10 years working within the Human Resources field across a range of industries. I have worked in a variety of roles across eCommerce, Property Investment, Tourism and Hospitality and in addition, ran my own business for three years. This varied background gives me the skills to adapt quickly to a wide range of industries and indeed to a broad range of people. It also enables me to be highly adaptable, flexible and resilient in the face of change. I thrive on challenges large and small and love being part of HR projects. I am an independent worker and so can drive a project and achieve results effectively. I am experienced in getting people on board with the project, engaging all the relevant stakeholders, scoping the project and implementing the plans, delivering on time and within budgetary guidelines. I provide detailed written reports which are analytical and concise in nature.My communication skills are one of my key strengths, something which I believe is imperative in any leadership role. I enjoy connecting with people and pride myself on being an employee advocate whilst at the same time holding the commercial interests of the organisation to heart. I know where the balance is and can see all issues from many perspectives. I communicate openly and often and ensure that stakeholders are aware of progress or roadblocks at all times. A skilled Change Manager with solid business acumen I have assisted with mergers, acquisitions, redundancies, rapid recruitment and significant technology changes across the business. I am trained in Prosci (ADKAR) and have in-depth experience in business HR process redesign, impact analysis, communication and assessment
