- Handle small batch flavor preparation, ensuring optimal support to sensory and commercial team- Maintain, organize and updated stock of sample lab inventory- Manage and organize product library- Maintain and perform periodic updates of product library records- Provide support in innovation and process improvement projects- Perform area housekeeping, and maintain a clean and orderly environment according to company guidelines

Ensure packing & labelling of drugs in accordance to prescription- Packing & labelling of drugs in Emergency Pharmacy (EP)- Provide proper safe housekeeping to the work area- Stock management of drugs and provide proper storage- Sorting of returned drugs to medicine shelf- Help with orientation to new colleague- Provide care and support to wheelchair bound patient- Oral translation of medical prescription to certain language/dialect group- Administrative work for patient amended prescription request

- Sorting of cosmetic products within the clean room- Provide proper sanitation to cosmetic bottles before filling process- Filling of cosmetic products with accordance to company QC standard- Provide proper safe housekeeping to the work area- Ensure final products is in accordance to company QC standard

- Registration of patient- Collection of payments- Corporate cards claim- Dispense medications according to Doctor Prescription- Assisting doctor in check-up and provide information - Urine sample test – Urine test strip- Provide proper safe housekeeping to the work area- Translation of medical prescription to certain language/dialect group

- Administrative document filing- Provide invoices filing and ensure necessary information is in-place- Liaise with bank personnel to provide and assist with necessary document information required- Handle purchase order and provide data to higher management for approval- Handle customer refund on overcharging payment system and provide reports for management assessment- Printing monthly report summary and submission to higher management- Data logging on customer details- Road show and monthly duty roster planning

- Assist in retail sales and attend to customer inquiries- Assist in flower arrangements and general housekeeping.- Assist and provide administrative support
