About Kelly Rosch
Health and wellness are what keep us able to dream big, travel the world, and live our best lives. It is my job as a Personal Trainer to find the fitness routine that helps clients fall in love with the gym and rediscover themselves. Whether clients are looking to powerlift or simply be able to do a squat as they age, I am there for them every step of the way as an educated and informed accountability partner. Personally, in the last 2 years I have been on a transformation journey during which I found my own passion and calling in life – transitioning from over a decade of “corporate hustle” to helping others build muscle and achieve their dream body. When I'm not at the gym. you can find me reading a good book, playing with my two dogs, or looking for a new trail to hike around the Phoenix area.
