Scheduled weekly small groups and events, and staff meetings, on behalf of department directors. Advocated for immersion education, charter schools, and education reform, at the first Chinese immersion public charter school in the United States. Organized and helped manage the application and enrollment process; daily attendance; confidential student records; parent-teacher conferences; parent and community volunteers; student financial accounts for POS lunch, enrichment and extended care; student and school data for the Minnesota Department of Education, as the acting MAARS coordinator; and PowerSchool, a web-based student information system.
