Kelly Rudy is President and co-owner of The Paranet Group. She is a key decision maker in all strategic and leadership initiatives for the company. Her various responsibilities include developing the organizational structure, managing a wide network of business coaches, facilitators and trainers, increasing and developing membership, and setting the foundation for a valuable event schedule. Administrative responsibilities include providing staff with the operational support needed to fulfill member expectations and provide a good experience. Rudy also serves as a Paranet Group Director, leading two Paranet Advisory Groups. She provides professional coaching to the executive members of these groups and serves as their meeting facilitator. Prior to joining The Paranet Group, Kelly participated in sales and marketing at Olympus Group, formerly Olympus Flag & Banner. Additionally, she managed the global McDonald’s Corporation account, which focused on the Ronald Program and national point of purchase materials.Rudy is involved in various areas of the community and serves as a liaison between it and Paranet. She has been a member of the Ronald McDonald House Friend’s Board in Wauwatosa, a member of the Saint A’s Friends Committee and served as President of the American Marketing Association of Milwaukee. Currently she participates actively on the Boys & Girls Clubs of Milwaukee Young Professional Board and GPS Education Partners Development Committee. Kelly Rudy resides in Wauwatosa, WI. She attended DSHA High School, graduated from Loyola University-Chicago with honors, earning a bachelor’s degree in communication and marketing. She earned her MBA from Marquette University and is a certified DISC behavioral analyst.
