Managed a staff of 12 full-time employees.  Successfully led the identification, selection, and implementation of a scalable paperless admissions system, including systems integration, training, and ongoing support, resulting in a more efficient admissions process.  Effectively used Slate to support admissions and recruiting strategy, including application creation, decision management, event creation with a supporting promotional campaign, and communication plan development for specific audience segments.  Conceptualized the data structure in Slate to support business processes and effective data reporting to provide forecasts, analyses, strategic options, and recommendations regarding admissions strategy and enrollment planning. Created a new website recruiting tool for prospective MBA students using gamification, which allowed a candidate to earn an application fee waiver through engagement in seven customer journey stages. Implemented a consultative sales approach to develop strong relationships with prospective students to uncover their decision factors and add value to their program search process.
