Friends and family called me shy and quiet, until the day I found sports - or should I say, sports found me. Softball gave me purpose, motivation, discipline, and best of all, a team. It was through those sport-moments that I learned strategy, trust and execution are all at the heart of softball. And while strategy may create the future & present the opportunity, it is execution that drives success and cannot be accomplished without thorough preparation and first developing trust. As an Operations, Strategy & Portfolio Leader, I believe the same concepts apply to business. Strategies start with a vision but are only successful when leaders listen and interpret the needs of the team. At the core of what I bring is the ability to creatively communicate that vision in a way that transcends culture, geography and language to ultimately drive execution through a shared purpose. Leveraging my experiences and embracing my innate mild-mannered superpowers for good, I have applied my greatest strengths (developing strategies, delivering results and being a trusted teammate) to drive positive operational change, support and develop people and create a shared vision, purpose and sense of team.
