I am a strategic marketing and communications professional, with a flair for creative solutions, developing strong brands, "wild ideas" and tackling tough situations. I am responsible for identifying and leading the strategic marketing and communications efforts, tying together core strategic initiatives with those of the lines of business. I lead the talented teams that develop our programs, as well as oversee efforts for several cross-business programs.I currently serve as the Chief Marketing Officer for Deloitte's Global Consulting business. In this role, I focus on global marketing strategy, campaign development/oversight, media and analyst relations and talent management. My days are spent co-creating great programs with our global network, focused on building Deloitte as a market leader in consultative services. Most recently, I served as the Chief Marketing Officer for Deloitte's Global Risk Advisory business, which includes our Cybersecurity and Sustainability & Climate practices. Prior to that, I led the marketing team responsible for the US Consulting business. I have held a variety of roles at Deloitte, with an eye on building a world-class approach to marketing. Some of the interesting things I have worked on have included the building and deployment of an India-based marketing team, today over 200 professionals strong. I was also involved in standing up the first programs around Learning & Development, Return-on-Investment/Metrics and Leadership Development (Senior Manager Advisory Council) for the Market Development organization. Today, I work extensively on our "Women in" programs at Deloitte, including our Women in Cyber and Women in Risk efforts.I have led sessions on creative thinking with large groups and am often involved in those “wild ideas” that become leading programs. I am heavily involved with mentoring other professionals at all levels, helping others to find their unique contributions to the organization as well as helping them define their personal brands.Before joining Deloitte in 2000, I held marketing roles with Kodak, AMR Combs (AMR Corp), SMU and TM Advertising.Outside of Deloitte, I balance career and family with my husband of 20+ years and our two daughters. Evenings and weekends are spent travelling, hanging with my family, enjoying yoga and good food.
