• Oversee Shipping and Receiving Department• Schedule LTL freight shipments with local and national carriers for machine shipments• Complete Shipper's Letter of Instruction, Commercial Invoice, Certification of Origin, Wood Declaration, for international ocean and Air shipments• Shipments to US, Europe, Canada, China• Direct customer contact in regards to shipments• Handle freight claims with carriers• FedEx Manager and UPS Worldship software for shipping• Coordinate RA return shipments• Receive and distribute incoming shipments• Forklift Certified (Electric/Propane)

• Customer service support via phone and on site • Create and place purchase orders using QAD - MFG/PRO• Negotiate with vendors to maintain quality and on time delivery• Process RMA's to return components to suppliers• Forecast requirements for components• Multi-line phone system

• Customer Service Support for customers and service technicians• Provide On-Site Technical Support (Mechanical and Electrical) • Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical during testing• Assembly with power, hand, and pneumatic tools• Write assembly documentation for product lines• Train employees using verbal, written, and hands-on styles• Work in teams to improve products• Maintain inventory accuracy with daily cycle counting
