As a founder, I am passionate about creating positive change and improving outcomes in the hospital and health care industry. I have over 13 years of experience in clinical social work, quality and psychosocial oncology services, and psychotherapy, with a Masters degree in Social Work (MSW) and a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) credential in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts.I leverage my strong program and project management skills to design, implement, and evaluate innovative solutions that address the needs and challenges of patients, providers, and organizations. I have successfully led and collaborated on multiple initiatives that enhanced the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of health care delivery, such as developing and managing a comprehensive psychosocial oncology program, as part of a multidisciplinary cancer care team, and launching and operating a private psychotherapy practice.
