Responsible for the management of all sales and marketing functions within Longwood facility through discovering, presenting, and closing of qualified leads.Develop and execute outreach initiatives to improve overall community footprint.Active growth of networking base through; trade associations, business organizations, and local community meetings.Construct and deliver sales presentations to prospective referral sources in order to drive new partnership objectives.Coordinate details related to new resident move-ins, including all communication between families and facility personnel.

Overall responsibility for all operations of a childcare center of 35 staff members, 115 families and 205 children including staffing, human resources, training and conflict resolution. Responsible for overall management of Center in conformance with all federal, state and local regulations. Recruit, hire, evaluate and train staff to provide the best possible service to clients and their children.Develop and manage relationships with families to ensure effective communication regarding child's daily progress. Develop and implement action plans as required.Actively maintain accurate financial accounting of the Center operation, along with protection of Company's monetary assets.Conduct all Human Resources functions to increase morale and accomplish business growth objectives.Market Center to increase revenue and recruit qualified staff.Proactively implement change initiatives resulting in increased service, decreased costs and increased revenues. Conduct family and child interviews during all stages of the enrollment process.
