Marketing Coordinator
CurrentUnder the general direction of the Director of Program Development, the Marketing Coordinator coordinates all program contests and promotions, effectively communicates marketing projects to relevant departments, and develops, executes, and analyzes email marketing efforts to support multiple brands throughout Clover Holdings. The Marketing Coordinator ensures marketing projects, including campaigns, contests, promotions, and print and web collateral for multiple brands, are completed in an efficient, effective, and professional manner.• Assist Director of Program Development in executing specific deliverables on a daily basis.• Coordinate all aspects of promotions and contests across multiple departments, including graphics, communications, IT, and legal.• Reconcile monthly purchasing with corporate accounting and records program expenses.• Coordinate transactional emails and email marketing campaigns and promotions.• Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of email marketing programs.• Provide mockups, copy, and graphics support to designers as needed.• Review files for accuracy and ensure all information is complete.• Maintain weekly inventory reports of all marketing materials and coordinate with relevant departments to update and order materials as needed.• Procure quotes for print materials.
