Streamlined process for opening sites within 30 days or less, including implementing wage scales and Workday, and creating purchasing system. Reduced time to launch site openings from 5-7 days to 2-3 business days. ♦ Project Tracking. Simplified project tracking system, converting data collection from Excel to MS Project. Conducted assessment of technology needs, and gained buy-in from senior leadership. Trained staff on new software and use of Gantt charts to allow for increased productivity. ♦ Crisis Management. Led short-turnaround site opening in 7 days (contrasted with normal 30 day opening.) Leveraged local resources to procure uniforms, tickets, podium, key storage and collaborated with key internal staff for this “all hands-on deck” effort. Completed project on deadline employing resilience and resourcefulness. ♦ Project Launch. Planned project launch for acquisition of ParkDIA, Denver’s closest offsite airport parking facility. Rolled out streamlined process for retaining 85 legacy employees, and ensuring compliance with DOT regulations. Additionally, saved $100,000 in re-branding costs after competitive vendor selection. ★ Presidents Award in 2013 & 2015 for outstanding service.★ National Parking Association, Top 40 Under 40 in 2016.
