As I Level II Fieldwork student, I provided comprehensive OT services for a full caseload and consultative services as needed in the schools for students with cognitive impairments and developmental delays under supervision. Completed evaluations and re-evaluations to develop new goals for IEP's. Also treated clients in the clinic setting with diagnoses such as dystonia and Autism Spectrum Disorder.

As a Level II Fieldwork student I provided comprehensive inpatient rehabilitation OT services to adult patients, primarily in the TBI population. Completed initial evaluations, re-evaluations, and discharge planning. Also evaluated, planned intervention, and instructed staff in activities for clients at an adult day treatment program.
