In her role as Vice President of Marketing, Kelly leads the internal and external communications, creative direction, marketing strategy and public relations arm of the business. Primarily focused on clinician and facility engagement, she curates the organization’s public-facing content to support the placement of care professionals in communities where they’re needed most.In addition to Kelly’s ongoing marketing role, she was a key driver in the transition of this startup from Trinity Healthcare Staffing Group to its new iteration as Floyd Lee Locums. From the outset, she implemented the strategy to be an industry game-changer by defining the concierge model of staffing. This unique enterprise pivot allowed Floyd Lee Locums to stand out and thrive in an otherwise crowded locum tenens staffing space.

As Executive Vice President, Kelly supports Daddi Brand’s ongoing strategy work with companies that require senior counsel and representation for critical business communication initiatives. As Director of Marketing, Kelly helped build the brand from the ground up—developing marketing campaigns that produced quality leads and negotiating many of the contracts that enabled organizational cost-savings. Responsible for all marketing and PR activities, she led website development, lead generation, events and tradeshows, collateral development and brand management. Due to her contributions, Trinity was able to hire 345 new nurses from more than 20 different marketing and lead sources in 2016 alone.In addition, she was instrumental in leading the social media strategy that built a community of travel nurses who were proud to work at Trinity, and who went out of their way to share their #TravelWithTrinity story. This social media campaign catapulted Trinity’s digital presence and outperformed other industry leaders, growing engagement 300% across all channels in a single year.
