Ensured all releases were delivered on time with quality and within agreed scope. Conducted retrospective reviews at the end of each release to identify areas for improvement.• Actively led the work transition for MM/PS/MMSI SWC (Software Construction) from Naperville (U.S.) to Qingdao (China) and executed successfully according to plan.• Successfully planned and executed the CDMA Core China lab consolidation (NJC to QD lab movement) within minimum budget. - Led the team to overcome many obstacles, find space solution, reuse existing equipment, find various ways to save moving cost, and worked with key stakeholders to unblock issues and move the project forward. - As a result, 5 MSC labs, with about 150 Cabinets and 30 none-cabinet equipment, were successfully moved from NJC to QD within planned budget and scheduled timeline.• Host weekly project review meetings and provide weekly status report to key stakeholders.
