CurrentFounded in 1985, the Illinois Environmental Regulatory Group is an independent membership organization dedicated to advocating for environmentally and economically sustainable solutions for Illinois businesses. IERG's membership reflects an array of businesses including manufacturing, food production, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, transportation, utilities, renewables and petroleum sectors. IERG bridges the gap between business and government by providing early input into the regulatory and legislative landscape in Illinois. IERG works closely with its members to better advocate for business-friendly solutions that reduce duplicative and redundant measures while still protecting the health of communities and the overall environment in Illinois.
