Planning and implementation of new products from start to finish, including complete UI (User Interface) design, the creation of wireframes, and overseeing the creation of the product by our development team. Worked closely with Professional Services Manager to develop a fully managed web marketing product that was officially launched in early 2011.

Coach, consultant and writer for clients of Internet Matrix's innovative new web marketing package. Role included keyword research, specialized link-building campaigns, the creation of search-engine friendly custom content, and the implementation and maintenance of Google PPC campaigns. Other ongoing duties included: writing keyword rich original press releases and blog posts, setting up Facebook Pages, assisting clients with changes to their website (using CSS/HTML), and creating custom logos and graphics for clients using Adobe Photoshop(CS3 and CS4).

220 Marketing creates websites and provides online marketing assistance for Mortgage Brokers. In this position, I provided technical support via phone and email, including trouble-shooting problems, following up with clients, taking requests, providing phone consultations for basic SEO, and walking customers through email configuration. Ongoing duties also included; aiding with the transfer of web domains, changing/updating DNS, making changes to customers' websites using CSS/W3C compliant HTML/XHTML, and creating custom logos, buttons, and graphics with CS3 Photoshop and Gimp.
