As the Administrative Director of the non-profit Winter Opera St. Louis I oversaw all day to day operations of a growing opera company with a $500,000 annual budget. Managing staff, talent, and volunteers were only a small part of the role I played. I worked directly with the General Director, Board of Directors, and corporate partners, MasterCard and MetLife, to create new initiatives within the community to accomplish the organization's mission statement. After one season with the Winter Opera I successfully streamlined outdated practices resulting in an increase of both ticket sales and donations that continued throughout my tenure. Most recently, my experience as a Notary Public and a Court Clerk dealing with legal documents makes me ideal candidate because I have a strong understanding of legal processes and handling of sensitive and confidential matters. Lastly, my strong technical background makes me an ideal candidate for this position. I am highly proficient in Microsoft Suite, Google Docs, and various other database, reporting, conferencing, and data management software.
