Furthermore, I provided various support tools, including coaching and mentoring for staff aiming to progress both internally and externally. This support extended to external customers seeking to return to work or advance their careers, offering guidance on competency-based application forms, interview techniques, preparation, and CV building as part of their continuous personal and professional development. I also engaged in business partnering with local construction partners, public bodies, and external organisations. In the HR domain, I supported the recruitment cycle process by sifting and shortlisting competency-based application forms and CVs, and conducting panel interviews for vacant positions. My administrative tasks included booking external and internal training, raising purchase requisitions, managing payments via the company credit card, and performing monthly reconciliation of credit card expenditures. Additionally, I managed and updated staff training records using Agresso Business World Prod M7 and the Enterprise document storage system.
