Provided clinical pharmacy services for the lymphoma working group and these disease specific clinics at the Clifton Campus of Emory University/Winship Cancer Institute. Job responsibilities included:• Engaged with multidisciplinary clinic teams to develop evidence-based treatment plans for B-cell lymphomas, T-cell lymphomas, and chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL)• Coordinated transitions of care for patients receiving inpatient therapy including autologous stem cell transplant and chimeric antigen receptor T-cell therapy• Facilitated access to specialty medications through communication with specialty pharmacies, financial assistance coordinators, and manufacturers • Provided education and clinical follow up for patients and caregivers on oral, injectable, and intravenous therapies along with strategies for management of adverse effects • Responded to unsolicited drug information requests from patients and healthcare providers• Developed and maintain standard of care and investigational treatment plans both in the form of paper order sets and Computerized Physician Order Entry (CPOE)• Assisted physician investigators with investigator-initiated research opportunities• Contribute to the development and maintenance of institutional policies and guidelines• Acted as primary liaison to between clinic teams and both the inpatient and ambulatory pharmacy administration on institutional initiatives• Identified quality improvement initiatives and research opportunities• Advised and provided oversight for the clinical, educational, and research activities of pharmacy residents• Developed clinical presentations for continuing education purposes for pharmacists, physicians, advanced practice providers, and nurses

Rotational position covering the BMT/Cellular Therapy service, lymphoma and multiple myeloma (OMA) service, and associated ambulatory clinics within Emory University Hospital and the Winship Cancer Institute on the Clifton Campus of Emory Healthcare. A key achievement in this position included development and refinement of clinical pharmacy services in ambulatory care clinics.
