* Implemented McAfee EPolicy Orchestrator which managed the McAfee VirusScan software on 4,500 desktops and laptops, both domestically and globally. * Launched HP Systems Management to centralize HP server hardware inventory and maintenance issues which improved system uptime and shortened maintenance windows. * Migrated and tested over 1,100 print queues on 90 servers to Windows 7 compatible printer drivers. This included several models of HP, Toshiba, and OCE printers and plotters.* Developed strong relationship with HP server contract administrators while managing the server contract for all server hardware. This included servers in 80 remote offices and approximately 100 systems in the local datacenter. Tied the contract into the HP Systems Management system.* Performed user account and mailbox creation and maintenance within Active Directory.* Prepared and installed server solutions for remote office locations. This included installation of servers, tape library hardware, Virtual servers on VMWare.

* Applied appropriate software upgrades, service packs, and hotfixes on Windows 2000 and 2003 servers.* Enforced server share policies and apply permissions where appropriate.* Managed backup schedules and tape rotations for remote offices.* Responsible for Tier 2 level of support 24x7 for remote zone support, as well as local help desk staff.* Maintained detailed hardware inventory of over 150 servers and software license database.
