Graphic designer, editor, database manager, and event planner for IODP’s research vessel, the Joides Resolution. The Joides Resolution drills into the ocean floor to collect and study core samples to better understand climate change, geology, and Earth’s history. Each expedition was two months long and included scientists from all over the world. Locations traveled while on expeditions included Australia, New Zealand, Curacao, Granada, Hawaii, and Japan.

The Valero Alamo Bowl is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that produces a calendar of events highlighted by a post-season college football game between the Big 12 and Pac-12 conferences played in San Antonio, Texas.Managed logistics for bowl’s corporate, VIP, and team hospitality trips, venues, and events including Bowl Bash (300+ attendees), Valero Gameday Party (300+ attendees), Coaches Dinner (75+ attendees), River Rally (1000+ attendees), Kickoff Luncheon (500+ attendees), and Team Announcement (40+ attendees).Served as coordinator for weekly travel accommodations for the Valero Alamo Bowl’s Team Selection Committee including flights, hotel accommodations, meetings with team SID’s, and game-day schedules.Implemented marketing strategies, managed game-day events and promotions for the 2007 Dr Pepper Big 12 Football Championship.
