After growing up in a serial entrepreneurial family and working in the family clothing and hotel businesses, Kelly amassed nearly 30 years of sales, marketing, and management experience focused on growing and leading people, cultivating unique cultures, and developing strategic long-term growth plans for a variety of industries. Her experience spanned small, medium and large scale companies in both B2C and B2B. She spent a decade with one of the largest commercial roofing companies, where she helped transition the company to an ESOP as the COO and led the company through a sale to PE as the first female CEO in the national roofing industry. Now in her third CEO role in the residential roofing space, she is dedicated to the success of the Shore Capital-backed national buy-and-build platform. Kelly received a B.A. in English Journalism from Miami University and is completing an MBA in Global Finance from Ashland University. She also has a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Villanova University. And a certification with honors from L’Institut de Francais. Kelly's philanthropic highlights: she earned the key to the city of Temple Terrace outside of Tampa for developing a new type of “all-in” corporate partnership with the teen program, then went on to join the Board of the Boys & Girls Clubs of America in Sarasota/Desoto counties where she developed corporate partnership programs. She continues the years long support for women in Africa thru Women for Women International.Kelly’s home base is Santa Barbara CA. She has two rock star sons and a Siberian Husky. She enjoys running, skiing, yoga, reading, French, and writing. Her passion for travel and trekking the most interesting mountains and journeys around the world continues on - Patagonia's Torres Del Paine in 2018, the Haute Route and GR20 in 2021, the Pennine Alps 2021, Kilimanjaro 2022, Sleeping Indian in Jackson 2022, Mt Whitney June 2023, Mt Fuji August 2023, Rim2Rim Grand Canyon 2024, Mt Muhabura Rwanda 2024.
