The COO role was part of a turn around of the business and chaperone through acquisition where the role was no longer required.

My Role at MOQdigital was to ensure we had the Right People, in the Right Seats and enable them to Thrive. To chaperone the culture and be the Keeper of the Values such that it's a place people want to come to work; to choose to spend their days with our team, helping our customers get business outcomes.While Human Resources was within the remit of this Role, it was a People and Performance focus to drive world class performance and work across the business to develop programs that supported the high growth and acquisition strategy of the business.The role was created and built from a single person to a team of six delivering all aspects of a People and Performance department from attracting through employee value proposition through to development and enabling teams to work better together.

Preparation of Vendor Management plans and Service Level Agreements, development of internal sales plans and maintenance of the Microsoft Partner relationship to maximise channel penetration.
